Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it out along with your return authorization slip.
Package Your Gear
Place the items, including all batteries and chargers, back into their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or ship your new size.
