Are Gobi Heat garments machine washable?
Yes. Simply remove the battery, ensure the power cable is tucked into its pocket, and wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend line drying for the best longevity of the heating elements.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the battery and charging cables are included in your return shipment.
